Cinnamon Sugar Challah French Toast Sticks

Ingredients
1 loaf Heinen’s challah bread, cut in 1-inch slices (For the French Toast Sticks)
1 1/2 cups Heinen’s whole milk (For the French Toast Sticks)
2 Heinen’s pasture raised eggs (For the French Toast Sticks)
1 tsp. Heinen’s ground cinnamon (For the French Toast Sticks)
3 Tbsp. Heinen’s coconut oil, melted (For Topping)
1 tsp. Heinen’s ground cinnamon (For Topping)
1 tsp. Heinen’s granulated sugar (For Topping)
Heinen’s pure organic maple syrup (For Topping)
Heinen’s pecans, for serving (For Topping)
1/4 cup blueberries, for serving (For Topping)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Combine the milk, 2 eggs, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Dip each challah stick in milk and egg mixture and place on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, then flip and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- While the French toast sticks are baking, combine the coconut oil, cinnamon, and sugar in a bowl.
- Top the French toast sticks with cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Finish with maple syrup, pecans and blueberries.
